Why We Made This

The Problem

Cheap B-vitamins use synthetic forms like folic acid and cyanocobalamin. Up to 40% of people have gene variants (MTHFR) that make these forms hard to use.

Our Solution

We use the active, methylated forms your body actually needs. No conversion required. Better absorption, better results, safe for everyone.

The INGR.AI Difference

Look at any grocery store B-complex: folic acid, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine. Now look at ours: methylfolate, methylcobalamin, P-5-P. The active forms cost more but actually work.

The Science

"B-vitamins are coenzymes in virtually every energy production pathway in your body."

How It Works

B1, B2, B3, and B5 are essential for converting food to ATP (cellular energy). B6, B12, and folate support neurotransmitter synthesis and methylation. Critical for mood, focus, and detox.

Clinical Research

Studies show methylated B-vitamins improve energy and reduce fatigue even in people who don't respond to synthetic forms.

Is This For You?

Great If You...

  • Anyone experiencing low energy or fatigue
  • People with MTHFR gene variants
  • Those under high stress
  • Vegetarians and vegans (B12 is crucial)
  • Anyone over 50 (B12 absorption decreases with age)

Not Recommended If...

  • People already taking a high-dose B-complex elsewhere

MTHFR friendly finally

I have the MTHFR mutation and regular b vitamins do nothing for me, sometimes make me feel worse. Found out about methylated forms from my naturopath. This one has everything in the right form. Energy is noticeably better.

Afternoon slump gone

used to hit a wall around 2-3pm every day. Been taking this with breakfast for about 2 months. The crash is way less now. Still need my morning coffee but dont need a second one anymore.

High quality but pricey

definitely a better B complex than drugstore brands but its also more expensive. I notice the difference so I keep buying it but wish it was a bit cheaper. The methylated forms matter if you have absorption issues.

Common Questions

Better Together

CoQ10 and B-vitamins both support mitochondrial energy production. Magnesium is needed to activate thiamine (B1).
